隱私權政策

1. 承諾與聲明

超注音（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）致力於提供最優質的中文輸入體驗，同時嚴格保護使用者的隱私權。我們鄭重聲明：本應用程式不會蒐集、傳輸或上傳任何使用者輸入的文字、個人隱私數據或自定義詞庫至任何外部伺服器。

唯一的例外是下方第 2 節說明的試用期驗證，且僅適用於 Android 版的免費下載版：為了確認本裝置是否已經使用過 28 天試用期，本應用程式會將一組不可逆的裝置識別碼雜湊值傳送並儲存在我們的授權伺服器。該雜湊值不含、也無法還原出您的任何個人資料，與您輸入的文字、聯絡人或詞庫完全無關。

2. 資料存取權限說明

為了優化輸入效率與提供備份功能，本應用程式僅在以下情況存取您的裝置資訊：

• 聯絡人資料 (Contacts)

  本應用程式讀取聯絡人姓名之目的，僅限於建立本機索引，以協助使用者快速輸入聯絡人姓名。此過程完全在您的裝置內部進行。我們不會蒐集、儲存或上傳任何聯絡人資料至外部伺服器。

• Google Drive 或 iCloud 雲端硬碟

  此權限僅用於備份與還原使用者的自定義詞庫。本應用程式僅會讀取與寫入 Drive 中名為 chaozhuyin 的專屬資料夾。我們無法亦不會存取您 Google Drive 中的任何其他資料夾、文件或照片。

• 語音輸入

  語音輸入功能提供兩種引擎：

  原生語音辨識（預設）：使用 Google 或 Apple 內建的語音輸入服務，所有處理皆在裝置本機完成，音訊不會離開您的裝置。

  Whisper 模式：若您選擇啟用 Whisper，您的語音錄音將透過您自己提供的 OpenAI API 金鑰傳送至 OpenAI 的語音轉文字 API 進行辨識。

  AI 潤飾：若您啟用 AI 潤飾功能，辨識後的文字將透過您自己的 OpenAI API 金鑰傳送至 OpenAI 的 Chat API 進行改寫。

  透過 OpenAI API 傳送的資料受 OpenAI 隱私權政策規範。超注音不持有或儲存您的語音資料。

• 試用期驗證 (Trial Verification) 僅限 Android 免費下載版

  適用範圍：本節僅適用於 Android 版超注音的免費下載版。Android 直購版與 iOS 版超注音皆不適用——它們沒有這項功能，也不會為此向我們的伺服器傳送任何資料。

  免費下載版提供 28 天的免費試用期。為了確認同一台裝置是否已經使用過該試用期，本應用程式會在下列情況向我們的授權伺服器登記一次：首次安裝、解除安裝後重新安裝，或清除應用程式儲存空間之後。

  傳送的內容為：由 Android 系統識別碼運算而得的不可逆雜湊值、應用程式版本、以及本機記錄的試用起算時間。您連線時的 IP 位址亦會一併記錄。這些資料儲存在我們的授權伺服器，僅用於判斷試用期是否已經開始或結束。

  我們不會傳送 Android 系統識別碼本身，該雜湊值無法還原回原始識別碼，也不會與您的姓名、電子郵件、Google 帳號或任何其他個人資料連結。

  已經持有本機試用紀錄的使用者完全不會觸發這項連線，例如從舊版升級而來的安裝。若您的裝置沒有網路，本應用程式一樣可以正常使用試用期，不受影響。

Privacy Policy

1. General Policy

Chaozhuyin (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") is committed to providing a superior input experience while strictly protecting user privacy. We strictly adhere to a non-collection policy: We do not collect, upload, or transmit anything you type, any personal private data, or any user-generated dictionaries to any external servers or third-party services.

The single exception is trial verification, described in Section 2 below, and it applies to the Android free download edition only: to determine whether this device has already used its 28-day trial, the Application sends an irreversible hash of a device identifier to our licensing server and stores it there. That hash contains no personal information, cannot be reversed, and is unrelated to anything you type, your contacts, or your dictionary.

2. Scope of Access and Permissions

The Application accesses specific device information solely to enhance input efficiency and provide backup functionality:

• Contact Information

  The Application reads contact names solely to build a local index, enabling the rapid input of names within the input method. This processing occurs entirely locally on your device. We do not upload or store any contact information on external servers.

• Google Drive or iCloud Integration

  Used exclusively for backing up and restoring the user's custom dictionary. The Application only has permission to read and write to the specific folder named chaozhuyin in your Cloud Drive. The Application does not and cannot access, read, or modify any other folders, files, or media in your Google Drive.

• Voice Input

  Voice input is available in two modes:

  Native STT (default): Uses Apple's on-device SFSpeechRecognizer. No audio leaves your device.

  Whisper mode: If you enable Whisper, your voice recording is sent to OpenAI's Audio Transcription API using your own OpenAI API key.

  AI Refiner: If you enable AI Refiner, the transcribed text is sent to OpenAI's Chat API using your own OpenAI API key for rewriting.

  Data transmitted via the OpenAI API is governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy. Chaozhuyin does not retain or store your voice recordings.

• Trial Verification Android free edition only

  Scope: this section applies to the free download edition of Chaozhuyin for Android only. It does not apply to the Android paid edition or to Chaozhuyin for iOS; neither has this feature, and neither sends anything to our servers for it.

  The free download edition offers a 28-day free trial. To determine whether a given device has already used that trial, the Application registers once with our licensing server in the following situations only: on first installation, on reinstallation after an uninstall, and after the application's storage is cleared.

  What is sent: an irreversible hash derived from an Android system identifier, the application version, and the trial start time recorded locally on the device. Your IP address is recorded alongside it. This data is stored on our licensing server and is used solely to determine whether the trial period has started or ended.

  We do not send the Android system identifier itself. The hash cannot be reversed to recover it, and it is not linked to your name, email address, Google account, or any other personal information.

  Users who already hold a local trial record trigger this request not at all, for example an install upgraded from an older version. If the device has no network connection the trial still works normally.
