隱私權政策

1. 承諾與聲明

超注音（以下簡稱「本應用程式」）致力於提供最優質的中文輸入體驗，同時嚴格保護使用者的隱私權。我們鄭重聲明：本應用程式不會蒐集、傳輸或上傳任何使用者的個人隱私數據或自定義詞庫至任何外部伺服器。

2. 資料存取權限說明

為了優化輸入效率與提供備份功能，本應用程式僅在以下情況存取您的裝置資訊：

• 聯絡人資料 (Contacts)

  本應用程式讀取聯絡人姓名之目的，僅限於建立本機索引，以協助使用者快速輸入聯絡人姓名。此過程完全在您的裝置內部進行。我們不會蒐集、儲存或上傳任何聯絡人資料至外部伺服器。

• Google Drive 或 iCloud 雲端硬碟

  此權限僅用於備份與還原使用者的自定義詞庫。本應用程式僅會讀取與寫入 Drive 中名為 chaozhuyin 的專屬資料夾。我們無法亦不會存取您 Google Drive 中的任何其他資料夾、文件或照片。

• 語音輸入

  語音輸入功能提供兩種引擎：

  原生語音辨識（預設）：使用 Google 或 Apple 內建的語音輸入服務，所有處理皆在裝置本機完成，音訊不會離開您的裝置。

  Whisper 模式：若您選擇啟用 Whisper，您的語音錄音將透過您自己提供的 OpenAI API 金鑰傳送至 OpenAI 的語音轉文字 API 進行辨識。

  AI 潤飾：若您啟用 AI 潤飾功能，辨識後的文字將透過您自己的 OpenAI API 金鑰傳送至 OpenAI 的 Chat API 進行改寫。

  透過 OpenAI API 傳送的資料受 OpenAI 隱私權政策規範。超注音不持有或儲存您的語音資料。

Privacy Policy

1. General Policy

Chaozhuyin (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") is committed to providing a superior input experience while strictly protecting user privacy. We strictly adhere to a non-collection policy: We do not collect, upload, or transmit any personal private data or user-generated dictionaries to any external servers or third-party services.

2. Scope of Access and Permissions

The Application accesses specific device information solely to enhance input efficiency and provide backup functionality:

• Contact Information

  The Application reads contact names solely to build a local index, enabling the rapid input of names within the input method. This processing occurs entirely locally on your device. We do not upload or store any contact information on external servers.

• Google Drive or iCloud Integration

  Used exclusively for backing up and restoring the user's custom dictionary. The Application only has permission to read and write to the specific folder named chaozhuyin in your Cloud Drive. The Application does not and cannot access, read, or modify any other folders, files, or media in your Google Drive.

• Voice Input

  Voice input is available in two modes:

  Native STT (default): Uses Apple's on-device SFSpeechRecognizer. No audio leaves your device.

  Whisper mode: If you enable Whisper, your voice recording is sent to OpenAI's Audio Transcription API using your own OpenAI API key.

  AI Refiner: If you enable AI Refiner, the transcribed text is sent to OpenAI's Chat API using your own OpenAI API key for rewriting.

  Data transmitted via the OpenAI API is governed by OpenAI's Privacy Policy. Chaozhuyin does not retain or store your voice recordings.
